Contracts & switching

Business name and address, meter numbers (MPAN for electricity, MPRN for gas) if available, latest bill for validation, and your contract end dates. With these we request market rates and present options clearly.

Billing & metering

We check that rates match the contract, standing charges and non‑energy costs are applied correctly, VAT/CCL are appropriate, and consumption aligns with reads. Errors are raised and tracked to resolution.

Suppliers & tariffs

Fixed gives budget certainty for a set term. Flexible (or pass‑through) can track market components and may benefit high‑usage customers who actively manage risk. We’ll recommend based on your usage, risk appetite and renewal timing.

Broker & fees

We are transparent. Either a fixed fee agreed with you, or a supplier‑paid commission that is disclosed in your quote summary. You will always know how we are remunerated.

Multi‑site & growth

As early as possible. We can prevent deemed rates, arrange meters, and align the new site with your portfolio renewal window.

Compliance & complaints

Email complaints@amcymarketing.com or use our contact form. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 10. If unresolved after 8 weeks, you may contact Ombudsman Services: Energy.
